If you’re booking on someone else’s behalf, please ensure you select the ‘bulk’ purchase option in your cart, or register yourself using their information.
If you are a manager who wants to be able to monitor employee progress, please email us and we will set you up with permissions that allow you to oversee your company’s training logs!
How do online courses work?
- The online training course can be booked via our website or email. We ask all delegates to provide their email addresses for enrolment purposes.
Website bookings:
- If you’re booking via the website, the delegate profile is made automatically – all they have to do is go to their emails and approve the invitation to the website. From there, once they have logged in, they can start their course.
Invoice bookings:
- If you’re purchasing via invoice, payment is required before course enrolment. Provide us with the delegate details, and we will enrol them on the system. Please note that manual enrolments for online courses will take place only during our opening hours (8:30 am – 4:30 pm Monday to Thursday, 8:30 am to 4:00 pm on Fridays).
A member of our team will email you to confirm the enrolment has been completed and provide instructions on how to access the course.
Once the booking is complete:
- You are then able to complete your training at a time and pace which suits you. Certificates are generated automatically upon successful completion of the course, and you can download them from your profile.
