We were delighted to host 6 Work Coaches, Partnership Managers and Employment Advisors on the 3rd March at our training centre, providing them with the opportunity to have a go at some construction training for a day.
Training within the construction industry is something we are extremely passionate about, that is why we were delighted to provide the opportunity for the 6 workers from DWP, in a bid to increase awareness and understanding of the different careers available in construction. The day was a great success with all of the attendees enthusiastically getting stuck into some pitched roofing using our pitched roofing training rigs. Each of them had the opportunity to install some plain tiles and have a go at shaping lead as a Roofing Apprentice would at our training centre.
