We were delighted to receive the following email from a parent that attended our Child/Parent construction weekend class at our training centre in Claydon:
I just want to send a big Thank you. The bird box are brilliant and taught the boys about homes for the birds. It really did touch me the help and supportive and welcoming Clive and Chloe was. Both my children have additional needs and for them both to join in and enjoy the activity was amazing achievement. The tool Kit was amazing as well , my oldest decided he wanted to try out the screw drivers on door handles ( with permission) around the house, which has gave him confidence in trying different things out of his comfort zone. Really can’t thank you enough for this amazing opportunity for the boys.
These weekend sessions, which have been funded through CITB give the opportunity for parent/carers and their child to attend a weekend session in construction following on from us visiting the childrens primary school.
