Brexit will mean that some things are about to change in the UK, however how will Health & Safety be affected?
Your duty as an employer to protect the health and safety of your employees and the general public will not be affected by Brexit. Although there will be some minor amendments to HSE legislation, these will only be to remove EU references and the legal requirements will stay the same. It is important that you comply with the law and continue to manage risk in your business in a proportionate way.
