Description
Health and Safety Competent Person
A health and safety competent person is an individual appointed by a company to ensure legal compliance and manage risks, possessing the necessary skills, knowledge, and experience to identify workplace hazards and implement control measures.
To act as your business’s Health & Safety competent person, in the first instance, we would conduct a full audit on your H&S paperwork and processes. This will show where you’re currently sitting and possibly what else needs to be in place or updated. Our auditor will request various documentation throughout the audit. He will then write and forward his report based on his findings. If you have any gaps, you can plug them yourself, or we can provide the necessary policies and any other actions at an additional cost.
Once the report has been sent, we will act as your competent person.
